About the event
Over 25% of people aged 15-64 with a disability do not use the internet. In conjunction with the Good Things Foundation, Down Syndrome Australia has received funding from the Department of Social Services to develop a training package which will ‘bridge the divide’ for the community. The training packages will create programs for young people with a disability and their parents/carers, providing them with the skills and capacity to go online. We are inviting participants, family and carers to a Digital Capacity workshop to discuss the outcomes of our recent survey in depth and receive direct feedback.
If you haven’t completed the survey yet, you can do so here. https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/3H8FYTS
