Down Syndrome New South Wales invites your school or business to take part in “Lots of Socks” 2021
The aim of Lots of Socks day is to raise awareness of Down syndrome among students, staff and the community as well as raise funds for Down Syndrome NSW. It is a day that can promote discussion about the acceptance of all our differences as what makes us fantastic as an individual.
What can you do to be part of the fun?
Chose a day in March (close to the 21st if you can). Ask your students/staff to wear brightly coloured socks on the day and bring in a gold coin donation for Down Syndrome NSW.
On the day, wear your socks, take lots of pictures and share with us and the world by using the hashtag #lotsofsocks.
Down Syndrome NSW will support your event by providing you with a Lots of Socks information and education pack which will provide you with all the information you need to run an event at your school or business
