This workshop is for families and carers of someone with Down syndrome. It is a free event.

  • Advantages and limitations
  • The impact of assets and income testing
  • And wider estate planning considerations

Duncan Legal is a boutique legal practice based in Surrey Hills that provides personalised estate planning and administration services. Our client base is diverse, but we have a special interest in assisting families to plan for loved ones with disability. 

Margaret’s goal as an estate planner is to provide peace of mind for her clients. Margaret sensitively guides, empowers and mobilises people to plan for, or adjust to, life changes affecting their legal status and decision-making capacity. Margaret’s approach when assisting her clients is from a place of deep understanding, care and compassion.
