Are you, or someone you know, looking to enhance literacy, self-confidence, independence, and work placement opportunities?
Latch-On is an innovative, evidence-based literacy program that changes the lives of young adults with intellectual disabilities. The program provides opportunities for students to increase their literacy skills in a post-secondary school environment, using technology to enhance literacy, self-confidence, independence and work placement opportunities. Latch-On combines traditional literacy and numeracy teaching styles with technology instruction, also including health and fitness education.
• Research based, developed by the University of Queensland.
