You’re invited to DSV’s 2021 Family Fun Day!
March is always a big month in our community with World Down Syndrome Day, which we’ll be celebrating together this year at our annual Family Fun Day, on Sunday 21 March at a new and exciting location: Werribee Open Range Zoo!
What you can expect
10:30am-12:30pm: There’ll be activities and entertainment for the whole family including a Q&A with our newly appointed Advisory Network staff members, your favourite market stalls, roving entertainment, door prizes, and BAM Allstars!
12:30pm-onwards: Jump on a DSV safari tour, hang out with our community for a picnic lunch (BYO picnic rug), or take a stroll around to get up close to your favourite animals.

Prices and tickets
A few things will look a little different this year to ensure everyone’s safety.
Absolutely everyone – including Zoo Members, babies, and those eligible for free tickets – needs to have a pre-booked zoo ticket before you arrive at the zoo. No tickets available at the gate.
The event will be capped at 450 people. We’ll also require some extra details from you so we can keep track of who has attended the event.
Fitted face masks must be worn on the safari bus if you are aged 12 or over.
Tickets as follows:
Children (0-15 years): FREE
Zoo members: FREE
Companion card holders: eligible for one support person/parent/carer to attend FREE
Adults with Down syndrome (16+ years): FREE
All remaining adults (16+ years): $30
