We also have funding to make our governance practices more inclusive. This includes making our internal documents and processes easier to understand in Easy Read and plain English.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Importance <\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Accessible governance means people with Down syndrome can take part in decisions that affect them. It puts their voices at the centre of our work.
