She has been working for 9 years at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.harrisscarfe.com.au\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Harris Scarfe<\/a> and says the people she works with are very nice and make her feel welcome. Joseph likes to continuously build on his skill set and always demonstrates good leadership qualities. She takes on a variety of admin tasks and has already achieved some amazing milestones. One of her proudest achievements is now being able to work independently once every fortnight\u2014a huge step in her growth and confidence. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Outside of PCH, Rachel is also involved with DSWA and the DSWAAN committee. Being part of DSWAAN has helped her build confidence and speak up for herself and others, creating a positive ripple effect across our whole community. She loves getting involved and volunteers at many of the DSWA events we hold each year. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Brooke also has a job, which is an important step in helping her live a more independent and confident life.
