This means that people with and without intellectual disability work together in the same workplaces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-style-default\"><img loading=\"lazy\" style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Employment Business Connection service<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The employment connection service connects employers to people with Down syndrome, and provides support with recruitment, training and support for both the person with Down syndrome and the business.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Business Connector Service uses a flexible, tailored approach to work with interested businesses to provide:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>information on how to best support people with Down syndrome into open employment<\/li><li>information on customised employment and job carving&nbsp;<\/li><li>advice and support to develop Easy Read accessible resources&nbsp;<\/li><li>support recruitment and connection to the right person with Down syndrome for the role<\/li><li>advice on linking to on the job support.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow
