Each group is supported by a facilitator who helps the group to connect over a coffee and chat in a relaxed environment. Throughout the term the group will also spend sessions on self-care activities and structured discussions around, relevant topics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We currently have MyTime groups located all across Victoria.
