Matt shares what representation means to him, how he uses his voice to challenge assumptions, and why it\u2019s so important that people with Down syndrome are seen, heard, and involved in decisions that affect their lives. From working with Down Syndrome Victoria to speaking at various events, Matt\u2019s advocacy is grounded in honesty, humour, and a fierce belief in inclusion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This conversation is a powerful reminder that lived experience is expertise \u2013 and that the best way to build a more inclusive world is to listen.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n
