She says you can have it for breakfast or lunch.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This recipe makes enough for 1 person to drink.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredients:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>250 mls of milk (1 cup)<\/li><li>1 small tub of plain or vanilla yoghurt<\/li><li>1 banana<\/li><li>3 strawberries<\/li><li>1 handful of blueberries<\/li><li>2 Weetbix<\/li><li>1 Tablespoon of honey (optional)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-style-default\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1920\" height=\"1080\" src=\"https:\/\/www.downsyndrome.org.au\/voice\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2020\/11\/Fruits.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1243\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.downsyndrome.org.au\/voice\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2020\/11\/Fruits.jpg 1920w, https:\/\/www.downsyndrome.org.au\/voice\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2020\/11\/Fruits-768x432.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.downsyndrome.org.au\/voice\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2020\/11\/Fruits-1536x864.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/www.downsyndrome.org.au\/voice\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2020\/11\/Fruits-1200x675.jpg 1200w, https:\/\/www.downsyndrome.org.au\/voice\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2020\/11\/Fruits-600x338.jpg 600w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1920px) 100vw, 1920px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Steps:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\"><li>Wash the strawberries and blueberries.<\/li><li>Cut the leaves off the strawberries.<\/li><li>Peel the banana and cut it into a few small pieces.<\/li><li>Put all the fruit and the two Weetbix into the blender.<\/li><li>Measure the milk in a measuring cup and pour into the blender.<\/li><li>Use a spoon to put the yoghurt into the blender.<\/li><li>Put the honey into the blender if you are using it.<\/li><li>Put the blender lid on tightly.<\/li><li>Plug the blender in and turn on the power switch.<\/li><li>Turn the blender on for 30 seconds.
