DSWA is a wonderful place to work. We are a committed team, dedicated to serving the needs of our members. Remuneration is not the first priority for DSWA staff. This is a passionate and warm team who’s first priority is our members.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Most staff work on fixed term contracts in line with funding arrangements. Core roles are advertised to the membership first, and then using social media and external agencies if required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Support Roles: We encourage support applications, which require a minimum of a Cover letter and Resume.

Employment Mentor: 1:1 mentoring and coaching a member in open employment to support them to attain independence in the workplace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Program Support Workers – Supporting social programs are generally ratio’s of 1:2 or 1:3<\/p>\n\n\n\n
