We are a committed team, dedicated to serving the needs of our members. Remuneration is not the first priority for DSWA staff. This is a passionate and warm team who&#8217;s first priority is our members.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Most staff work on fixed term contracts in line with funding arrangements. Core roles are advertised to the membership first, and then using social media and external agencies if required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Support Roles: We encourage support applications, which require a minimum of a Cover letter and Resume.<br>Before applying it is advisable that you refer to the following possible position descriptions and tailor your application to the role.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Employment Mentor: 1:1 mentoring and coaching a member in open employment to support them to attain independence in the workplace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Program Support Workers &#8211; Supporting social programs are generally ratio&#8217;s of 1:2 or 1:3<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Vacancies<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>We don&#8217;t have any current vacancies.
