NDIS: From idea to policy

Kirsten Deane has worked in the disability and advocacy sector many years including with Every Australian Counts, and was part of the major advocacy campaign that helped make the NDIS a reality. In this article she explains how community engagement and persistence can help turn an idea into national policy.
