Down Syndrome Australia provides information and resources for people with Down syndrome and their families across Australia.

Northern Territory

Down Syndrome Australia (DSA) provides information, resources and advocacy for people with Down syndrome and their families across Australia.

DSA works collaboratively with the Northern Territory Down syndrome community to ensure its voice is represented at a national level, through Board positions, the Down Syndrome Advisory Network (DSAN), our Ambassadors and through strong relationships with like-minded organisations.

If you would like to be involved in representing your community you can contact us at info@downsyndrome.org.au.

If you are looking for information about Down syndrome you can get access to up-to-date evidenced based information through our Resource Hub.

If you want to keep up to date on the latest information about new resources, national policy and advocacy as well as receive the latest Voice magazine – you can subscribe directly to Down Syndrome Australia at no cost.

Follow us

Follow Down Syndrome Australia on Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn to find out more about our national activities and events.

The local Down syndrome organisation in the Northern Territory is Down Syndrome Association NT (DSANT).  DSANT provides a variety of high-quality programs and services to support local families. If you are looking for local services and support you can find more information about DSANT here or you can contact them at 08 8985 6222.

Please note that DSANT is not currently a member of the Down Syndrome Australia Federation. Down Syndrome Australia is however committed to working closely with DSANT and collaborating on various projects and initiatives.
