You can find a wide range of information and resources about Down syndrome on our Resource Hub, from birth through to adulthood and later in life.

If you are interested in how to better support a person with Down syndrome in your school, place of work, community or sporting group we have a range of information resources to help. Community Inclusion Toolkits

The Community Inclusion Toolkit can be used to support the inclusion of people with Down syndrome in the community, whether it be in education, the work force, health settings, playing sport or out in the community. Being inclusive is about finding, offering and supporting opportunities for people of all ages, abilities and backgrounds, to participate, to learn, to contribute, and to belong.

These resources have been developed from talking with people with Down syndrome and their families about the best approach to support inclusion in the community.
