I’ve been an artist for 30 years. My home is my studio.
I admire Marvel comics and create my art around these also my interest in mythology and other cultures (especially Egyptian) influences my work. I make a connection between my own experiences of everyday life, thoughts and dreams with mythology and history.
I work at Woolworths Leongatha and have been employed there for 19 years.
In 2020 the best thing was connecting with everyone on Zoom. I love it! I am in a local theatre group ‘It’s No Drama’ and we were able to connect via Zoom with my friends and community. I especially enjoyed being an Ambassador for ’21YourWay’.
In 2021 I have exhibited five paintings in the Rotary Art Show in Leongatha.
I will be on GippslandFM 104.7 announcing on ‘Able Radio’ FTripleR and I will have a market stall at the DSV Family Fun Day selling my art! I’m really looking forward to catching up with everyone there.
