The current DSV board consists of five non-executive directors. DSV operates a skills-based board with each director bringing different skills that benefit the organisation at that point in time.

Down Syndrome Victoria – Employment Connections Project Manager

An exciting opportunity is available to join Down Syndrome Victoria (DSV) as ‘Employment Connections’ Project Manager. DSV is a member of a national consortium led by Down Syndrome Australia (DSA) to deliver an employment project for people with Down syndrome.

This role is a part-time position (15 hrs per week) to June 30 2024.

The MyTime program is an initiative funded by the Australian Government Department of Social Services (DSS) and coordinated nationally by the Parenting Research Centre (PRC).

We are currently seeking a highly experienced program manager with an excellent understanding of disability and team management. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with their team to deliver key program outcomes and maintain excellent stakeholder management.

We are looking for a Compliance Manager to join our team in a casual capacity (estimated up to 8 hours per week). The successful candidate will work in accordance with DSV’s compliance calendar, complete and coordinate audits, oversee various procedures including OHS, HR and incident management, and ensure DSV’s policy and procedures are current and adhering to relevant rules, regulations and legislation.
