Introducing Life Launch: for teens and adults

Introducing Life Launch: for teens and adults thumbnail.

We’re excited to announce the launch of Life Launch, a new fee-for-service designed to support teens and young adults with Down syndrome, and their families, as they plan for life after school.

Whether you’re just beginning to think about the future or feeling unsure about the next steps, Life Launch can help you explore disability-specific options, clarify goals and connect with the right services to build a meaningful and fulfilling life beyond the classroom.

The Life Launch service includes:

  • a one-hour personalised initial session to discuss options
  • discussing pathway options, including suitability, eligibility and funding requirements
  • an individualised summary report featuring a sample of service providers for each pathway explored.

We will share more information in the coming weeks, but if you have any questions or would like to register your interest, please contact DSV’s Employment Connections Manager Bree Mills on breem@dsav.asn.au
