Guest Speaker – Mark Bates

Mark Bates has worked in the disability sector since 2019 and is passionate about supporting people with disability to live fulfilling and independent lives. His personal experiences have strengthened his commitment to advocacy, learning, and wellbeing within the sector. Mark is currently the manager of a mid-sized organisation in Redcliffe, where he oversees support for more than 70 participants and leads a team of 65 staff.
