We’ll explore what “home” means to you, what you need to live well, and what truly matters in your daily life. Whether you’re just starting to think about future housing or actively planning your next steps, this interactive session will equip you with useful tools, clear information, and the confidence to make informed decisions.

What you’ll learn

In this workshop, you will:

  • think about what you want and need in a home
  • learn about your housing rights and choices
  • explore housing options and supports you may need
  • understand the building blocks for planning your housing journey
  • and make a plan for the future
  • use visual tools, digital stories and activities to support you
