DSWA Life Skills Lab Forum 2.0
The Life Skills Lab Forum 2.0 took place on Saturday.
We looked at portion control together where we had different plates and we picked which was a “healthy” amount of food.
Everyone took their time to write and choose from cards what skills they wanted to learn or develop in the future. This session provides information that the Life Skills Lab will now use to make workshops for the rest of the year!
People shared their stories, how they learnt to get public transport or how they got into a relationship. Everyone chatted and shared ideas which was amazing.
