Hear Me Out: Finding Your Voice Through Debate 6-week Online Workshop

Hear Me Out Online: Finding Your Voice Through Debate
6-Week Online Program

Want to build confidence, share your ideas and connect with others from the comfort of home?

Hear Me Out Online is a free 6-week program for people with intellectual disability aged 17+.

Each week, we explore a new topic through short animated videos, fun activities and supported group conversations. You will have opportunities to share your ideas, listen to others, practice communication skills and build confidence using your voice.

You do not need any debate experience. You can join in at your own pace and participate in ways that feel comfortable for you. You can speak, listen, share ideas, vote or take part with support.

The program is designed to be accessible, engaging and easy to follow, with DSIDQ staff supporting participants throughout the program.

Hear Me Out Online is a chance to connect with others, explore new ideas and have fun while building confidence in your communication.

Don’t wait—secure your spot today!
