DSWA – We Need Employers
We have many of our members who would love the opportunity to find meaningful work.
Our Employment Coordinator, Isabelle, is continuing to connect with employers and businesses in the community who are open to inclusive employment.
Inclusive employment means giving people with disability the opportunity to work in real jobs, earn award wages and be valued members of the workplace.
If you own a business, know someone who owns a business, or know a workplace that is looking for employees, we would love to hear from you.
Together, we can create more opportunities for people with Down syndrome to work, build independence, develop new skills and be part of their community.
