About the event

Join us for an informal gathering that includes play-based activities for children, and the opportunity for families to have a casual chat over a coffee and build social connections with each other.

You will be hosted by Down Syndrome Victoria’s Family Support Manager, Sonia Bonadio.

You will get to:

  • connect with other parents and carers of children with Down syndrome
  • enjoy a welcoming and supportive environment
  • share experiences, ask questions and build new friendships
  • enjoy relaxed, play-based activities for children
  • access peer support, exchange practical information, and learn about local services, resources and community opportunities.
Who is this event for?

This workshop is for parents and carers of children with Down syndrome who aren’t at primary school yet, from newborns up to about four years of age.
