Unison Harp Yoga

Enjoy a relaxing gentle stretching session accompanied by the soothing sounds of a harp.

This session is suitable for all fitness levels.

You choose how much you want to move.

In recognition of Carers Week we are delighted to join with Unison Harp Yoga to offer carers a wellbeing break.

Unison Harp Yoga

The harp is ancient instrument with unique acoustic qualities and has long been associated with the healing arts. In each harp yoga session Alison creates music that complements Jo’s yoga sequence to help promote feelings of wellbeing, deep rest, and comfort. Classes are open to all abilities, with gentle flowing yoga sequences and adjustments offered to create an inclusive practice, connecting individuals and community.

The session will be followed with a light lunch
