Our Federation

Down Syndrome Australia is made up of State and Territory associations providing support, information and resources to people with Down syndrome and their families across the country. The associations have come together to represent and progress the needs, interests and aspirations of people with Down syndrome and those that support them.

Membership of your State or Territory Association provides much-needed funds and links you in with the latest information and resources – and especially the vibrant community of people with Down syndrome, their families and supporters.

The Down Syndrome Federation is made up of Australian state and territory Down syndrome organisations working together.

The state and territory Down syndrome organisations and Down Syndrome Australia do different activities and work.
