This free event provides carers with information on the decision for your loved one to move out of home and live independently.

Learn from William’s story including readiness to move, housing options, building the right supports, importance of community, safety and more.

What carers will gain by attending:

  • Explore a range of housing options outside traditional group homes
  • Insight into building the right support team
