About the event
This workshop offers practical strategies for carers to protect your boundaries and, in turn, your sense of self and your health and wellbeing.
Topics will include:
- What do we mean by boundaries?
- How do strong boundaries protect us as carers?
- How can we set and maintain our boundaries?
- Working through various situations.
- Available supports.
This session is open to parents and carers of children up to 18 years of age with disability, developmental delay or chronic medical conditions.

Kim Repcak
Kim is a carer and educator at Carers Victoria. Kim has worked in the field of disability and health supporting carers for over 25 years. Kim combines her professional background in social work and education with her own personal experience as a carer to share valuable information and support to empower carers to access vital information and support to maximise their own health while performing their valuable caring role.
