You might recall that a few months ago we promoted a position at SuperPark at Highpoint Shopping Centre at Maribyrnong. Reid West started working at SuperPark at the beginning of June and was really happy when he was offered the role.
Reid had applied for many jobs without any joy and his parents weren’t sure if he would be successful with this one due to his communication skills. Thankfully, Josh from SuperPark didn’t see the differences in the way that Reid communicates as a problem, but instead said, ‘We’ll just have to learn Reid’s language.’
It can be dispiriting looking for work, but it is heartening to know that there are great employers out there ready to pair up with such excellent candidates.
DSV helped connect SuperPark and Reid and we wish Reid all the very best in his new role. We hope that it is a fun and rewarding experience for him.
