About the Speaker

“Hi I’m Louise Siwicki, a Calm Coach and Workplace Wellbeing Strategist, and I’ve worked with many women and men globally who carry the same emotional load you do. I also come with lived experience I’m the sibling of a brother with Down syndrome, and I’ve spent my life watching my mum and dad navigate the daily demands, pressure, and love that come with being a primary carer, while experiencing that rollercoaster myself. This is exactly why we created this workshop.

You’ll walk away with simple, practical strategies to help you feel more in control, reduce stress, and make your day-to-day feel lighter. Nothing overwhelming, nothing complicated just tools you can actually use.

This session is designed to support you, not add more to your plate. You deserve that.”
