Day 1: Flourless Peanut Butter and Chocolate Cookies

Reese’s Pieces fans rejoice! This cookie is crunchy, crumbly, peanut butter goodness that is also gluten free!



Day 2: Jam Thumbprint Cookies

These biscuits are so easy and so delicious! Gemma used raspberry jam but you can use whatever flavour of jam you like!



Day 3: Banana, Oat and Choc Chip Cookies

These cookies are perfect for any time of the day, but what make a perfect “grab and go” breakfast cookie.



Day 4: GF Sprinkle Cookies

These cookies are super easy. They are made using the premixed GF cake mix from the supermarket and taste amazing. Make sure you buy GF sprinkles though!



Day 5: M&M Cookies

These cookies are crunchy chocolate goodness. Gemma used Crispy M&Ms but you can use whatever M&Ms are your favourite!



Day 6: Oat Cookies

These cookies are perfect for a quick afternoon pick me up. They aren’t as sweet as Anzac biscuits though so if that is what you are after you can always try adding more Golden Syrup.



Day 7: Cornflake Cookies

These cookies aren’t popular in Canberra, but Gemma grew up in Adelaide where they were considered a kids favourite! Give them a go and you might be surprised how good Cornflakes are in cookie form! 



Day 8: GF Peanut Butter Cookies

These cookies are crunchy peanut flavoured heaven and only take 4 ingredients!  



Day 9: Snickerdoodles

These cookies taste like cinnamon donuts in a cookie!  



Day 10: Vanilla-Choc Slice and Bake Cookies

These cookies are great fun to make! They take a little time, approximately 1.5 hours.  



Day 11: Shortbread

Who doesn’t love shortbread? Its a great treat but it can be a bit tricky to make, unless you have found a 3 ingredient version that tastes just like the real thing!  


Nutella Cookies

Day 12: Nutella Cookies

Nutella is loved by almost everyone! These cookies use 3 ingredients with Nutella being the main one! They take 10 minutes to put together and then only another 10 – 13 minutes in the oven. 



Day 13: Chocolate Chip Cookies

When you are baking cookies, you cant go past the classic chocolate chip! These are also eggless for anyone who cant have eggs.

Day 14: Lemon Cookies

These lemon cookies are right up there as one of the best so far. They are buttery and lemony, and the lemon icing on top gives them extra zing!



Day 15: Anzac Biscuits

Anzac biscuits are a favourite of everyone! These are crunchy on the edges, and chewy on the middle!

Shortbread with a twist! Most people love strawberry, but you can swap it out for any dried fruit that you would like.



Day 17: Honey Biscuits

Delicious honey biscuits! They come out of the oven warm and chewy, add extra cinnamon for extra spice!
