Calling all employers! You already know the benefits of having an inclusive and diverse workplace, so why not consider providing an employment opportunity to a person with Down syndrome?  

Down Syndrome Victoria can support you to define and carve a suitable role, advertise your role to the Down syndrome community, provide awareness training to your existing employees, onboarding and initial on-the-job support, and offer ongoing support to your business throughout the life of the job.
