Kicking (so many) goals for Down syndrome

What would make someone kick goals for 24 hours straight?

Down Syndrome Victoria’s CEO Daniel Payne and Matthew O’Neil recently had a conversation with Matthew Walsh, who is about to undertake an extraordinary 24-hour fundraising challenge in support of DSV and three other worthy charities.

Matt Walsh wants to kick goals to give back and make a real difference for communities that matter deeply to him.

A huge thank you to the Williamstown Superules Football Club for getting behind this initiative and showing what community sport is all about when it comes to leadership, inclusion and generosity.

If you’d like to get involved somehow, you can:

  • listen to the short interview below
  • donate if you can
  • share the fundraiser far and wide – everyone is welcome.

The event kicks off at 12pm on Friday 27 March, with all the information and how to support it available at the Kick For Charity website.

Good luck and thank you Matt – we’ll be cheering you on every step (and kick) of the way!
