- The principles of guardianship, administration and least restrictive alternatives.
- What are the future planning tools + are they appropriate for you and your adult child?
- Does an adult child with a decision-making disability need a guardian or administrator?
- The roles of the Office of the Public Advocate, the Public Trustee and the State Administrative Tribunal.
- When is it necessary to make an application to the State Administrative Tribunal?
- Plus opportunity to ask questions.
