This workshop will provide information about Estate Planning for a family member with a disability.
Estate planning has two sides. First, it relates to lifetime needs and planning issues. Second, it addresses what is to happen when a person dies.
This session highlights how estate planning can:
- anticipate difficulties and potential obstacles
- take advantage of tax ,Centrelink and other concessions
- achieve the objectives of the estate planner.
Participants will gain knowledge about:
- how estate planning works in Australia.
- identifying lifetime estate planning issues
- identifying future wealth transfer issues
- benefit options for beneficiaries

Allan Swan works with private clients and their accountants, financial advisors and legal practitioners relating to the legal aspects of the following areas of Preventative Law:
