About the event

Let’s Chat sessions are a space for adults with intellectual disability to talk openly and honestly about their feelings, experiences, and challenges. These sessions are held both in person (Brisbane) and online and are a great place to chat about life’s challenges as well as life’s joys.

This group is facilitated by DSQ’s Support Service Team. The activities and conversations that group members have will help to build group connection, encourage peer support, reduce stress and increase coping skills.

The online session will be held on the 1st Monday of each month and the in-person session on the 3rd Wednesday of each month.
