New parent and early years morning tea (SA)
Wellbeing as a new parent is something that is vitally important but in the busy-ness, it’s often last on the to do list. Jacinta Durrand, a psychologist and parent of a child with Down syndrome, is coming along to chat about wellbeing and looking after ourselves as parents.

This workshop is part of a National Information Program run by Down Syndrome Australia and funded by the Australian Government through the Information Linkages and Capacity Building (ILC) Grant program.

About the event
Morning tea is provided. Please inform us of any dietary requirements.
Babies, toddlers and other children are welcome! We will aim to have 1-2 support workers to be available to help supervise your children (please note that direct responsibility for your children will remain with you as their parents/caregiver).
