About the event
Whether you are a beginner or someone who meditates regularly, this session is designed for all to enjoy and participate in the practice of guided meditation.
Enjoy some gentle breathing and tapping techniques designed to help release winter stress and heaviness.
We will then relax and float away to a beautiful mindfulness, guided meditation leaving some time at the end for any questions about our session.
Please set up a quiet area before we commence, you may like to light a candle and have your favourite cuppa ready.
There will be a complimentary session gifted to all who attend.
