Join us for an hour to enjoy some gentle breathing and techniques designed to help release stress.
This is for parents and carers, and anyone in the DSV and MyTime communities.
Participants will:
- enjoy some gentle breathing and tapping techniques designed to help release stress and heaviness.
- relax and float away to a beautiful mindful guided meditation.
- have some time at the end for any questions about our session.
Participants are invited to set up a quiet area before the sessions starts. You may like to light a candle and have your favourite cuppa ready.
There will be a complimentary session gifted to all who attend.
