About the event
The night will start with having dinner and drinks at Pig and Whistle Riverside before the dancefloor opens and participants can get involved in the nightlife with dancing to the in-house DJ. Participants then have the opportunity to stay overnight at The Pullman & Mercure Brisbane, King George Square. Breakfast will be included the following morning before being picked up.
If participants do not wish to stay overnight, they have the option of just attending dinner and dancing.
Guests will be staying in a room with 1 other participant and will not have 24hr supervision. There will be periods where participants are not supervised however volunteers/staff will be doing 30min or less check ins for each room. There will be no supervision between 12am and 7:30am.
Meeting Point / Pick Up Point: For those staying the night, drop off and pick up will be at The Pullman Hotel. For those attending dinner, please meet at the entrance to Pig and Whistle.
Out of Pocket Costs: Option 1: Overnight stay – $127.50
Support Costs: Option 1: Stayover with Breakfast included- Support costs: $490.00 (invoiced at the end of the month) & Option 2: Attend just dinner and dancing- Support Costs: $192.00 (invoiced at the end of the month)

COVID-19 Safe Plan / Conditions: This activity has restricted numbers. Participants, staff and volunteers who are not feeling well, or been in contact with some not well will not be able to participate. Participants will be expected to wash their hands-on arrival and during the activity. Participants should be dropped off and picked up where someone will be waiting. Family members and others should only get out of the car if absolutely necessary. Sufficient social distancing space will be provided during this activity.
