ACT Down Syndrome & Intellectual Disability advocates for the rights of people with disability to access all services and supports they may need to lead a fulfilling life in the ACT and surrounding regions.

What do we do?

We have representatives sitting on a variety of Government advisory groups, reference groups and community groups. We currently have representatives providing advice on:

  • ACT Disability Health Strategy Steering Committee
  • ACT Disability Education Reference Group
  • Paediatric Navigation and Liaison Service Consumer Reference Group
  • Light Rail to Woden Community Reference Group
