  • Primary School Aged Families
  • Connecting Together (a closed Facebook group for people with an intellectual disability over the age of 18 years)
  • Parents, Carers and Families (a closed Facebook group)

Peer Support Groups and COVID-19

During this unprecedented time the world is experiencing with the COVID-19 Pandemic, all face-to-face activities, including peer support, has ceased. This has been done in the best interest of our staff, volunteers and members. Where possible our groups have moved online, for more information please contact our Community Resource Coordinator on 02 6290 0656 or community@actdsa.org.au.

Bubs & Beyond Parent Support Group

The Bubs & Beyond group supports parents of young children who are living with an intellectual disability. The group provides peer support through a closed Facebook group and regular face-to-face morning teas, park visits and other social activities.

This group is open to any parent of a child living with an intellectual disability from birth to age 12. If you’re interested in joining this group, please consider joining our Bubs & Beyond Facebook Group.
