We’re hosting a free online information session on disability law with Brennan Solicitors!

Brennans Solicitors is a reputable law firm based in Birtinya on the Sunshine Coast who specialise in Wills and Estates, Property Law, Commercial Law and Litigation. Brennans Solicitors merged with Insight Law and Insight Disability Law in May 2024 who have a particular interest in disability law which continues to be a key area for Brennans Solicitors moving forward.

Nathan and Tony will provide a concise and easy-to-understand presentation on various strategies available to secure the future well-being of your loved one. The topics that will be discussed include setting up wills and trusts.

A bit more about our presenters…

Tony Hunkin, Solicitor has extensive experience with small businesses, having managed and owned pharmacy business for over 25 years before embarking on a legal career leading to his admission as a Solicitor in 2017. Tony has family experience with the unique circumstances, worries and concerns faced by clients with disabilities, and parents with children who have disabilities, in particular when considering the future care of a dependent child and how to incorporate that care into an estate plan. 

Nathan Crook, Solicitor was admitted as a Solicitor in October 2017 and predominantly practices in the areas of residential conveyancing, property law, commercial law and wills and estates. Nathan has a keen interest in estate planning to ensure that everyone’s individual circumstances are covered under their Will and Enduring Powers of Attorney documents which are some of the most important documents that any person over the age of 18 must have in place.
