Katherine Mansour
Kath is the Down Syndrome Victoria Advisory Network Chair and is passionate about studying and learning new skills every day. She works as a receptionist at a disability support provider.
Kath has lived independently for many years. She loves to paint and is quite the artist! She teaches art classes to adults with Down syndrome once a month. Kath is also an experienced public speaker. In 2025 she spoke at an event with over 600 people in attendance. Kath loves being involved in community pursuits and fundraising events designed to raise awareness for Down syndrome.

Colby Hickey
Colby is passionate about politics, writing, news and history. You may even have read some of his reports in our monthly DNews and his occasional articles on our News page about DSV events.
His dream is to help disadvantaged people in the community. Colby believes that his experience as a neurodiverse person gives him a unique insider perspective into the world and how people of neurodiverse backgrounds fit into society. Colby wants to advocate for others.

Matthew O’Neil
Matt has been a dedicated DSV advocate for a number of years; representing DSV on the Down Syndrome Advisory Network (DSAN), volunteering and speaking at a variety of DSV events. Matt works for DSV chairing our advisory network. Matt is also involved in other project opportunities that present throughout the year at DSV.
About his position Matt said, “[To] work with DSV is to show what I am about, it is a part of my life of living with a disability. I want people to look up and I believe I have a voice.”

Jenny Bowden
Jenny is passionate about getting people out into the community and would like to give a voice to people with Down syndrome.

Jack Williamson
Jack is passionate about being himself and achieving life goals. Jack has a Cert III in Hospitality and he juggles a very busy schedule of supports, activities and 4 different jobs, including working at a restaurant and as a Compliance Officer and Office Assistant. Jack is also a staff member of DSV’s Advisory Network. He is thrilled to also represent Victoria as part of the Down Syndrome Australia Advisory Network.
Jack has a passion for performing and loves to dance. You may have spotted him in a Coles commercial! He enjoys spending Friday nights with his girlfriend and keeping active through gym workouts, swimming, riding his bike and walking. Jack hopes to share his experiences and inspire others with disability to know that they can have meaningful work, intimate relationships and be active contributors in their communities.

Daniel Kennedy
Daniel is passionate about helping people with Down syndrome in regional Victoria.
Daniel wants to help support his community to get and keep jobs.

Senior Program Manager, MyTime & Advisory Network
Madison Robinson
Madison was a Club21 volunteer for many years prior to joining the DSV staff.
Madison now manages the Victorian MyTime program, with over 45 peer support groups around Victoria.
With a degree in Psychology and Psychophysiology she is passionate about helping people and making a positive contribution to the Down Syndrome Victoria community.
