Life Launch is a one-hour, personalised exploration session designed to help teenagers and young adults with Down syndrome, and their parents/carers, take the first step into life after school.
Whether you’re just starting to think about the future or feeling stuck without a clear direction, we’re here to help you explore options, clarify goals, and connect with the right services to build a meaningful life beyond the classroom.

- exploring life pathways (beyond just employment!)
- understanding what opportunities are available
- asking questions in a safe, supportive space
- receiving an individualised summary plan to kick start the next steps.
