A peer support program for parents and caregivers.

MyTime is a peer support program for parents and caregivers of children aged 0-18 years with a disability, developmental delay or chronic medical condition.

If you feel like you need some time for yourself to connect with other parents and caregivers who understand caring for a child with complex needs, MyTime is an opportunity to do that. Each group is supported by a facilitator who helps the group to connect over a coffee and chat in a relaxed environment. Throughout the term the group will also spend sessions on self-care activities and structured discussions around, relevant topics.

We currently have MyTime groups located in Morwell, Shepparton, Mildura, Kyabram, Geelong, Heidelberg, Blackburn, Doreen, Reservoir, Bendigo, Cobram, Mt Evelyn, Alphington, West Gully, Ballarat, and Wangaratta.
