FitSkills21 for adults with Down syndrome

Trying to get to the gym but finding it too hard?

Do you need a partner to help you go to the gym?

We would love you to join our NDIS FitSkills21 program.

What you will get out of joining FitSkills21

You get so many great things when you are part of this program, including:

  • encouragement and motivation to exercise
  • improved fitness
  • greater wellbeing and mental health
  • an exercise program made especially for you by a physiotherapist
  • a fun and supportive environment to work out and socialise
  • lunch or dinner together with the other participants after your work out
  • a welcoming community
  • FitSkills21 can be included in your NDIS plan
  • greater independence – you don’t need a parent or support worker to join you!

The benefits of FitSkills21 are supported by research, and the happy faces of our participants and volunteers prove it to us every session as well.
