Be prepared to be energised, motivated and inspired to accomplish your own goals in life!

The DSQ Challenge Weekend is a personal development weekend for people with an intellectual disability, where ‘Challengers’ try new things and be pushed outside their comfort zones in a safe, supportive and encouraging environment.

Throughout the year, there are two separate camps for DSQ Teens (people under 16 years) and DSQ Club (people over 16 years). Participants are allocated into small groups captained by a volunteer team leader who provides peer support for the duration of the weekend.

Events for DSQ Teens

There is one camp for people with intellectual disability under the age of 16.

Events for DSQ Club
